At this historic shop, you can enjoy eel and kamameshi (a type of rice dish). The isomabushi has a gentle aroma of seaweed, and the balance of the sauce is very good. The eel is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, making it a perfect match with the rice. The tempura of shirasu (whitebait) has a good flavor when combined with seaweed, and it pairs well with the sauce. There is also a bowl filled with fluffy shirasu, providing a sense of satisfaction. Additionally, there is a bowl that allows you to enjoy both eel and shirasu at the same time, letting you savor the local flavors.
