Motsu nabe is characterized by a broth in which springy beef or pork offal and vegetables are entwined, typically seasoned with vinegar-soy sauce or a soy sauce base. There are also a variety of side dishes such as miso horumon on an iron plate, bite-sized gyoza, and seared horumon, and their excellent compatibility with alcohol is part of the appeal. Opened in 2022, it started by bringing the flavors of Hakata to Wakayama City. Using authentic motsu (offal) shipped directly from the region, and offering motsu-nabe (offal hot pot) in 'vinegar soy sauce' and 'soy sauce' flavors as well as horumon (offal) dishes, it is working to promote authentic motsu-nabe culture in Wakayama. Since opening, it has become an establishment that provides the local area with a new dining option.
