The presentation of the dishes from behind the counter, the stories about the ingredients that were carefully selected, and of course, the taste, were all wonderful. We left with a full heart and a full stomach.

We visited for the dinner hot pot course. We could enjoy various dishes in small bowls. The dashi rolled omelet had an exquisite broth. The main hot pot was shabu-shabu with red snapper, and the broth was also exquisite; I enjoyed it without dipping it in ponzu. The final rice porridge was another exquisite dish. The atmosphere of the restaurant and the owner's spirit were both excellent, and we had a time that was worth more than the price. I will visit again for other courses.

I went before the Fenice concert 🎵. Just before it started, I was able to enjoy local specialties from all over Japan. Among them, the grilled corn from Hokkaido (?), was so sweet that it felt like I was eating candy.
