Exquisite handmade soba to enjoy in Toyocho

Iwamoto Handmade Soba is a renowned soba restaurant where you can feel the improvement in flavor with each visit. They use very refined Hitachi Aki soba, characterized by its thin noodles that have a firm texture and a smooth finish. The warm soba broth is rich in flavor, and the tempura ingredients are perfectly fried, with the chicken being particularly exceptional.

The interior is cozy, but the impressive soba-making station is exciting to see. There is a display of the production area, which conveys a sense of dedication. The soba has a faint green color and a pleasant aroma, and it goes down smoothly. The dipping sauce is well-balanced, and the flavor of the duck spreads nicely. After finishing one serving, the next plate arrives at just the right timing, and you can also enjoy the mixed rice. Finally, the soba broth provides a comforting end, and you can feel the love from the local community.
