We started with a milk stout recipe but kept the lactose light to make it approachable. On top of that, hinted additions of cinnamon, brown sugar, and chocolate bring a fantastic gourmet hot chocolate smoothness to the flavor. This sweet stout is perfect for those moments sitting by the fire with a blanket on you!
Our slight twist on a Belgian Wit. Keeping a straightforward wheat backbone, we switch the spicing at the end of with touch of grapefruit, giving it a great summer punch to this classic style
We started with a classic wheat beer recipe and added a bit of honey malt to bring some sweetness. After fermenting on cranberries, we blended in some apple cider to add additional depth and complexity. The result is a smooth drinking harvest wheat beer that brings the fall season to a fantastic close, reminding you of turkey day with all the trimmings, and everything in our lives that we are thankful for
The beer as voted on by the LUKI customer community. We started with a Belgian pilsner malt and combined it with heaping amounts of flaked wheat and oat to crank up the hazy and mouthfeel. After bittering with Amarillo, we gave this beer a huge dose of Galaxy and Idaho 7 hops to bring plenty of citrus and fruit taste, with just a hint of pine and spice!
This is no ordinary sour beer. Using a yeast strain caught and developed by wild yeast hunters at the University of Sciences in Philadelphia, this sour magically puckers and ferments at the same time. To tame this concoction, we added blueberry and mango puree to our cauldron which imparts an amazing hard candy finish to the beer
A huge amount of grain and hops star in this thriller! After aggressively bittering, we let El Dorado carry the story through twin dry hop sessions. To round out the high 8.9% ABV, we let the beer age on blood orange puree, which kicks the citrus taste up to a maximum. The IBU's may calculate over 100, but the combination of flavors provide all play and no work to this beer
A light cream ale, we added a touch of lactose and vanilla to remind us of nights at carnivals and on the boardwalk, stuffing ourselves with funnel cake, zeppoles, and ice cream. On our nitro tap, it adds an extra delight to the flavors!
This amber is a throwback to the mid-90's, heavy handed with crystal malts, the resulting flavors of caramel with hints of toffee will remind you of the heyday of the craft beer explosion
A simple classic for the hot days of summer. We add a touch of wheat malt for body and a bit of creaminess at the finish
Coming out of the gate with an aggressively hopped West Coast influenced IPA. This unfiltered beer uses cascade and centennial, old-school craft beer hops that bring a flowery and spicy finish with a hint of citrus
Our entry to the New England style IPA, this beer is a juice bomb with all the El Dorado and Mosaic hops we put into it. 71 IBU on paper, but the bitterness is barely there as the tropical fruits dominate the flavor
