This is a reasonably priced course using spring ingredients. This course is ideal for those who just want a set meal with all-you-can-drink, or for those who just want a set meal including sashimi, grilled dishes, fried dishes, and more. This course is not available on Fridays, Saturdays, and days before national holidays. Please understand.
The main dish, shabu-shabu with fresh octopus and sakura sea bream, is a combination of fatty sakura sea bream, fresh octopus, and spring vegetables, served in a delicious broth. The course also includes five kinds of sashimi with nodoguro (bluefin tuna), tempura, and other dishes.
This is a higher grade course using high quality ingredients recommended for business entertainment and anniversaries. The main dish is a premium fish, kinmedai (sea bream), served in a shabu-shabu broth. This kaiseki course also features other spring ingredients. Please enjoy this course for a special banquet!
The main course is made with seasonal ingredients and our signature ingredients, and the seasonal delicacies and Koshihikari rice are cooked in an earthenware pot just before serving. Please enjoy Japan's THE!
This is a drinks-only course we’ve created so you can enjoy as much sake as you like—selected from all over Japan—without any hesitation. From bold, ultra-dry flavors to crisp, light junmai sake and fruity, easy-to-drink junmai ginjo sake, we’ve curated a diverse selection of regional sake from the northernmost to the southernmost parts of the Japanese archipelago. Just be careful not to overdo it while letting the buzz take over!

We will serve the high-end fish Nodoguro, known as the white-fleshed toro, in a magnificent sashimi presentation. *Please note that there may be rare occasions when it is not available due to the central market's holidays or inclement weather. Thank you for your understanding.
We will grill the high-class fish Nodoguro with salt, half a piece. Please enjoy the fluffy texture and the rich flavor of the fat.
