Zuppa, insalata, piatto principale, dessert, bevanda

The hele katsu is healthy, but the loin is a bit greasy! Next time I want Chateaubriand!
Filet of pork cutlet is healthy
Loin is a little fatty!
Next time I want Chateaubriand!
Now only 6 Manryo-san stores @Honmachi | Delicious food and happiness♪
Eh? What? There's a new restaurant in Honmachi? As someone who has conquered all of their restaurants, why didn't I know that they had opened?
The location is about a 5-minute walk northeast of Honmachi Station on the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line! So there will be 6 branches until it is closed.
To our surprise, all orders are taken on this tablet!
If there were three floors from the first basement to the third floor, it would be a lot of work just to go up and down.
Cheers! I'm glad they have this size bottle instead of a full bottle! Once your throat is moistened, you're ready to eat meat!
If you think the paper apron is very long, it has the explanation of the sauce and the meat on it!
Special thick-sliced salted tongue: 1,580 yen I like the tongue to be thick! This tongue is pink and very beautiful! If you grill it on all sides, it is very juicy!
Mizore Negi-Shio 1,150YenThere are plenty of green onions, grated daikon radish, and thinly sliced tongue. It's like, "How do you grill this?
Just grill the surface of the tang quickly and you're good to go.
Rare steak with yukaye flavor: 900 yen This is also a must order when you come to a yakiniku restaurant!
Ichibo Roast 1100yenThis is the most popular part of the meat these days, the ichibo buttocks, and it is very tasty.
Shabu-yaki 20-second loin: 1,150 yen
I forgot to take a picture of the meat, so here is a picture of on-the-rice.
Grill a slice of loin for 20 seconds, then dip it in egg and eat!
I always order the grilled shabu-shabu, too, no matter where I go!
And rice is a must!
Together, we are happy, happy, happy!
■Loin 850 yen
Good meat quality!
When you grill it, it's so tender!
Halami 780 yen
It's a good quality jalami, and very tender.
Personally, I prefer the unique texture of the meat...
Figs on a journey 500 yen
This is the first fig liqueur I've ever tasted!
I tried it with soda.
The figs are rich and refreshing with soda!
It's been a long time since I've been to Manryo (I had lunch at the main restaurant...)
A definite place to enjoy tasty meat at a reasonable price in Osaka Yakiniku!
The thick sauce makes the rice go down with the meat!
On this day, too, the price was an astonishingly low 4,000 yen per person!
I'm very impressed!
Every once in a while, I come back to my roots!
Thank you for the food!

Really one month of training! In an instant, reservations were made for the month of January at this very popular restaurant. The sushi is so addictive with its exquisite al dente rice.
I have been to several sushi restaurants in Osaka and they are all delicious. It was a very impressive experience.
Sushi Red Vinegar surprised me quite a bit.
It was the first time for me to try a new type of sushi that gave me goosebumps after eating it.
It is located in the basement of a building near the ANA Crown Plaza Hotel in Kitashinchi.
I will write about what I ate as soon as possible!
First of all,
*Dashi soup with only clams and kelp.
The taste is very gentle. It is hard to believe that it is only made with hamaguri and kelp. At this point, I am convinced that it is absolutely delicious.
Mochizuki's rice cake sandwiched between sheets of dried laver
Mr. Mochizuki, the artisan who created the strongest sushi in one month.
I greeted Mr. Mochizuki alone with a rice cake sandwiched between sheets of nori (seaweed).
The nori is crispy and very tasty.
The sushi begins here, but first, the rice.
The rice is made with red vinegar, which gives it a nice color and aroma.
The rice itself is al dente, as in pasta, although it would be wrong to say that it is quite hard.
I have never had rice like this before, so it is quite a shock.
*Tuna
This is the sushi that gave me goosebumps.
Akami, kamatoro and chutoro.
I ate them one by one, chewing each one,
Once you eat it, you realize it is no longer in front of you.
That's normal, but I was surprised to find myself wanting another piece, and I thought about it for a minute. I don't know why I want to eat so much, but seriously, I think the rice is outstanding.
After eating, there are a few pieces of rice left somewhere in your mouth, and when you find them and bite into them, you feel like you are eating sushi again.
Back to the marinated tuna.
It is made with Fukui Prefecture's jigarashi, which is the best of the best.
The bitterness and savory flavor of the jigarashi goes very well with the pickles.
Tiger prawn
The prawns are plump and delicious.
*Sweet and spicy simmered shishamo smelt
Shishamo (smelt) simmered in sweet and spicy sauce is nostalgic, but when you eat it, you can't stop eating the whole fish in an instant.
*Buri (yellowtail)
Yellowtail is also delicious.
The fish is large and satisfying.
Abalone with Liver Sauce
Abalone is placed on the top, and the liver sauce is packed underneath.
The abalone was a quality abalone that was firm but easy to eat.
After eating the abalone, the rice was added to the risotto!
The liver sauce was quite thick, but when mixed with the red vinegar rice balls, it really tasted like risotto. I ate it in small portions because I didn't want to waste it all, but it still came to an end. This was shockingly delicious.
*Shiroebi kombujime
First of all, it looks beautiful. It looks light, but it has an elegant and rich sweetness. The texture is soft and melts in your mouth.
Striped horse mackerel
It is also delicious. It is not as good as the others, but it will be better in the future.
*Tuna kombujime seaweed tsukudani sandwiched between two pieces of seaweed.
Tuna appears again.
I was shocked to find out that nori tsukudani also goes well with tuna. I've never had it this way. It's so delicious.
Toro Ohagi
This is a famous o-hagi made with tuna fat.
The stickiness and the sweetness of the fat from the fat of the tuna are the best, and this is the best sushi I've ever had.
*Toro Temaki
The leftover toro from the o-hagi is placed on a sheet of nori and eaten directly by hand.
The Toro Ohagi is delicious, but the hand-rolled sushi is something else with the flavor of the nori. It is very tasty.
Anago (conger eel)
Soft and fluffy!
The conger eel is so delicate that it crumbles even when held in the hand, and is extremely delicious. I was really surprised. It was so good, I couldn't stop talking about it.
*Tamago
I was sad to hear that this would be the last time. LOL.
There are two kinds of tamago on the plate, one is the caramel part of the pudding and the other is not.
Please eat the one with gold dust on it first.
It was exquisitely sweet and soft, just like a dessert.
I wondered if this was an egg or not, and it was such a tasty gem that I could open a take-out shop just for this.
I have written a lot, but I can say one thing,
Mr. Mochizuki is a hard worker and has a great sense of taste, which charmed the customers. I can sense that he has put in a lot of effort in just one month.
Mochizuki-san evolves with each visit.
I have a reservation for his next visit in February, so I am sure I will feel that evolution again. It's hard to find sushi that makes me want to go back again like this.
The rice is alive. I may never forget this feeling. It was really delicious.
Thank you for the food!
Please come again in February!
A renowned Italian restaurant weaving tradition and innovation
Ponte Vecchio is a grand Italian establishment representing Osaka, where you can enjoy dishes that showcase the creativity of Chef Daisuke Yamane. Each beautifully presented plate highlights seasonal ingredients, captivating all who visit. The sophisticated atmosphere of the restaurant, combined with the warm-hearted service from the staff, creates a special moment. Experience unforgettable times at Ponte Vecchio, where rich flavors and surprises await.
Unotan is so delicious that it gives you goosebumps! Tuna is to be tapped and eaten. I had a chance to fully enjoy the best sushi!
I had been looking forward to it ever since I got the reservation.
I was so excited to be able to eat my favorite sushi at such a delicious restaurant. I am a lucky person.
This sushi restaurant is located in Kitashinchi and is open by reservation only.
It is Edo-mae sushi, but they are particular about not aging their sushi, and everything was a complete knockout with their refined cuisine.
When we arrived a little early, the restaurant was still in the process of preparation, so we had to wait outside. Sorry for making you feel uncomfortable.
After the preparation, they let us in.
There are 8 seats at the counter in an L-shape.
I was nervous because they were right in front of me.
The owner said very kindly, "Our restaurant is not like that, so you don't need to be nervous.
I'm going to eat what I ate!
Tuna Yamakake
The first thing that came out was the Tuna Yamakake,
It was also delicious! I gobbled it up!
Sashimi of akogou
Sashimi of a rare fish that is not often eaten!
It was sticky and delicious!
Nagasaki Bluefin Tuna
It melted in your mouth!
I don't often get to eat throat tuna, but this is pretty darn tasty! I was impressed by the high quality fish. LOL!
Steamed and Raw Abalone from Kasumi
It was served with a nori sauce. The steamed one was tender and the raw one was crunchy and tasty, and dipping it in the nori sauce gave it a different taste and was delicious.
Hamo with egg yolk and plum sauce
The hamo is served with a sauce of egg yolk and plum paste!
The color of the sauce is yellowish with the yolk, but when you put it in your mouth, it asserts itself as if to say that it is my plum, and the sweet and sour taste is fantastic.
Amadai and yuba with caviar
The soup. This may be the best soup in the history of soup... (Translated by.)
The exquisite taste is, to put it mildly, the best.
Sushi
First of all, the garlic served with the sushi is the most delicious of the century. LOL!
There are two kinds of gari on it, the butsuri gari and the red vinegar gari.
Both were the best gari I've ever tasted and the best gari I would buy regularly if they sold it!
Chiba Kinmeidai (sea bream)
Tottori sweet shrimp kombujime
Horse mackerel
Happiness of eating by hand. Sea bream, sweet shrimp, and horse mackerel are the best!
All of them are really delicious.
☆ Murasaki sea urchin Shari and sea urchin
!!!! This is the one that gave me goosebumps: !!!!
The rice is mixed with a lot of sea urchin like mixed rice!
And on top of that, overflowing sea urchin! It's the best!
Torotaku (large fatty tuna)!
This is also very tasty. !!!!
The owner extends his hand to me saying I can take a picture lol!
Decided to make it the top photo! LOL!
Just when you think he put the beautiful otoro on the cutting board,
Tap tap tap with the knife!
Ahhhhhhhhhh !!!!! Noooooooo!
I was thinking, "Oh, no!" when a customer beside me said,
I was thinking, "Ohtoro is eaten by beating it! I was quite impressed by his words.
The ootoro and the Sawan are so good together, too good!
More sushi to come!
Half-boiled prawns
Very tender and tastier than it looks!
Chutoro (medium fatty tuna)
I love tuna, but the medium tuna was exceptionally tasty!
Two hour baked egg omelet with shrimp surimi.
I made up the name on my own, but the texture is amazing!
It's so soft that you wonder why it's so moist inside!
You can go for it with your upper jaw. LOL!
The horse mackerel is also great with a fine sweetness!
Marinated tuna
Too good! (I can't find any other words but "good"...)
Sorry.
Red miso soup
We are almost at the end of the season, aren't we?
Aka-dashi (red miso soup stock) is made with special miso,
It has a rich taste and is very delicious!
Hamaguri (clams)
Very tasty. The texture is good.
Boiled conger eel
Angel conger eel that melts in your mouth. LOL!
They are so good.
Unagi (eel)
The last one is the eel!
The sweet sauce is so delicious, but it becomes a melancholy taste before it ends lol.
Warabi Mochi
Even the molasses is handmade. The dessert made by a sushi chef is very particular! LOL!
Real warabi mochi made from bracken flour!
The kinako (soybean flour) was also seasoned and enjoyed to the end!
The owner, Mr. Iwamoto, is also a friendly person, and we realized right in front of us that all the regulars come to enjoy everything he has to offer.
It was great.
I will go back!
Thank you for the food!

High-quality meat for lunch @ Kitashinchi - Happy eating!
Wagyu Matsushita-san offers two restaurants, one on Hondori and the other on Kamidori, where you can enjoy grilled, sukiyaki and shabu-shabu meat of the highest quality.
I saw on their instagram that they have opened a lunch shop! I wondered if they had anything to do in Shinchi. I wondered if I had any errands to do in Shinchi, but I was lucky that I had an errand to go there!
Take off your shoes at the entrance and enter the restaurant. There are tables with kotatsu, counter seats, and private rooms!
Lunch menu: ・Limited 5 orders: Takumi Roast Beef Bowl (1,500 yen), Wagyu Lean Steak Bowl (1,800 yen), Wagyu Grilled Beef Lunch (1,500 yen), Wagyu Matsushita Luxury Lunch Kaiseki (3,500 yen)! I'm really interested in the lunch course, but I'm also interested in the limited edition... Okay! I'll have the roast beef bowl if the limited offer is still available, and if not, I'll have the kaiseki!
Takumi Roast Beef Bowl, limited to 5 servings, 1,500 yen! Thank goodness - I'm lucky - Thank you, God of Meat! What a nice and spectacular view! The quality of the meat at Meat Mountain Matsushita-san is excellent, and even before you eat it, you know it's going to be delicious!
The meat with just the right amount of sashi (graininess) was fine and moist, and the roast beef sauce went well with both the meat and the rice.
The rolling rice was irresistible!
They also do to-go lunches!
This one looks delicious too!
If you're not a fan of the price at night, it's nice to be able to eat lunch for a good price!
Thank you very much for the lunch!

The young sushi prodigy's skill is impressive from start to finish. A sushi restaurant where you can feel again the gratitude to be able to eat♪
I want to eat sushi.
With that comment from a friend whose birthday was coming up soon, another friend chose this restaurant as the second restaurant for her birthday party.
Kitashinchi. There were fewer people than usual, and as I was walking along, wondering if it was a recharging period for tomorrow's weekend, I saw a curtain on the first floor of a small building.
From the outside, the restaurant is very stylish and I sense a sense of style.
When I finally entered the restaurant, I found that there were only seven counter seats in the restaurant, giving it a live atmosphere.
Reservations are made in two parts, and this time I attended the second part.
First, a hand towel was placed on the table and we got started.
I was very excited and nervous with anticipation.
Corn mousse
The corn mousse was topped with dashi broth and swordtip squid,
The dashi broth and squid on top were accented with chopped radish.
Other ingredients included white corn called "Snow Fairy" and Junna (Junnae) from Akita Prefecture,
Junna from Akita Prefecture were also served.
The natural sweetness from the corn alone was very tasty, and the salty broth was a perfect match.
I feel that the well-balanced taste is one of the things that raise the level of this restaurant to a higher level.
Baba eggplant stewed in jade
This is another luxurious dish.
The yam is spread on top of the eggplant and topped with white shrimp.
The shiso flowers give the dish a sharp taste and make it truly delicious.
Sashimi
Sashimi is served on a lotus leaf. The water dripping on the lotus leaf is a nice touch.
Hamono yubiki is dipped in plum porridge.
The horse mackerel is served with chiri-zu vinegar, a blend of various vinegars.
The korinky is pickled in a shallow dish and is very tasty.
Sushi
Squid
Izaki (Japanese anchovy)
Matsukawa Flounder
Horse mackerel from Kada
Barracuda (kombu-braised, seared and delicious!)
Sea bream (with a little bit of akegara-mashigiri on top for a nice taste!)
Once here, we took a sushi break.
A set of snacks called "Hachisun
Tairagi (flat shellfish)
This is crunchy and very tasty!
Young ayu fish
It has a bitter taste with just the right amount of salt! It's the number one item that goes well with sake.
Boiled sweet potato with lemon
Bite size. The lemon gives it a refreshing sweetness!
Baked Hamaguri with Yuzu Miso
The hamaguri is delicious, but so is the miso,
The gentle broth is great when you sip the juice on the shellfish at the end.
Ishikawa Kaga Vegetable Kintoki Grass boiled and served with pounded yam
The purple-colored soup is impressive.
It is light and easy to eat.
It is so delicious.
Sushi resumes from here.
Sushi
Kinmedai (sea bream)
Thick meat and rich taste. Impressively delicious.
Fuefki-dai (sea bream)
This is also very tasty.
It was an impressive gem that had been aged for about 10 days.
The sushi as a whole is made with aged fish,
It had a sticky texture and was all very hard to find.
Creative sushi?
Murasaki sea urchin
This one appeared in a bowl.
The reason why it came in a bowl was because if it were made into a gunkan, there would be too much sea urchin on top.
This is impressive. Even after eating the sea urchin, the sea urchin comes up from underneath. LOL.
The nori (seaweed) is also lightly seared and accented.
Here, the sushi stopped for a moment.
●Nimono
Kaseda pumpkin Minced chicken and pork with scallop and white onion
Edamame and new lotus root with myoga
The taste of each ingredient can be felt in this dish.
The taste seems to be pulled out by the pumpkin, but the white onion and myoga reset the flavor and made me enjoy the richness of the minced meat again.
Next is the last sushi.
Sushi
Tuna from Shiogama, Miyagi Prefecture
Toro (tuna). It's so delicious! I can eat 15 more pieces. LOL!
Shiogama conger eel
This is not served with sauce, but with yuzu (Japanese citron) and salt.
It is very fluffy and the best.
Soup
Tofu and onion in red soup
The sansho (Japanese pepper) gives a spicy kick at the end.
A calming taste as if to suppress the excitement of what we had just eaten.
It was very delicious.
Dessert
Brown sugar ice cream
They said they like to make many kinds of homemade ice cream, and there were less than 10 kinds lol.
Among them, I chose the brown sugar, and it was a great choice.
It was so rich and deliciously sweet!
While they do cook, they are also very particular about their desserts, which is wonderful.
I'm going to make a long story short, but I decided to say that it was the most delicious and that my favorite food is sushi! I have decided to say that sushi is my favorite food!
I highly recommend this restaurant, so please go there.
The only course is the 17,000 yen course!
Sake is also carefully selected, so if you like sake, please try pairing with it.
Thank you for the meal!

Especially at night, the place is packed day after day, night after night!
The restaurant is very popular for its inexpensive and delicious Italian food!
Chef Yokoyama, who has been working there for 7 years, will be leaving at the end of February, so I went to see him for the last time!
I had originally planned to meet him on the last day for a dinner party, but I just had to... I just had to... I just had to see him...
When I went to the restaurant without a reservation, it was even more packed than usual!
Everyone came to see Chef Yokoyama!
It takes an hour before a table opens!
My stomach is at a 9.5, should I walk to consume as much as possible? Shall I run?
No, we crashed at a nearby restaurant to kill plenty of time!
The place is always packed with people, but this day was really amazing!
At Mashika, you order your food at the checkout counter!
When it's ready, they bring it to your seat!
Drinks are also usually self-serve!
You can bring your favorite drink from the refrigerator, or you can have it automatically filled with wine or beer!
On this day, four of us went to the restaurant, and one of the members was a sommelier, so we left it to him!
ataraxia 2015 white wine
It is refreshing, but rich in flavor and does not interfere with the meal,
It is not a hindrance to a meal, rather, it is a perfect match for future dishes!
Lightly smoked glutinous pork paté (500 yen)
This is another must-try when you come here!
The thickly cut pâté is meaty, and the pistachio? The texture of the nuts is exquisite!
And the slight smokiness of the pork is a must-try!
Spicy chicken skin!
↑upI don't know the name of this dish...
I don't know the name of the dish... It's a spicy version of chicken skin.
I can imagine what it tastes like, but the spices are used very well and the chicken skin does not have a habit of being spicy!
It's like a snack!
Gorgonzola Treviso Walnut Salad with Honey
Gorgonzola has a peculiar taste, but with honey, it tastes really unique!
A salad can be transformed into such a stylish dish!
Frito of Broad bean with Parmigiano-Reggiano
A product only available now using spring vegetables!
The aroma of cheese is already wafting through the air as soon as it is brought to the table!
This is what I mean when I say that the aroma alone is enough to make me want to drink alcohol.
The slight bitterness of the fava beans and the richness of the cheese are outstanding!
Japanese Deer Bolognese
All of Masika's pasta dishes are exquisite!
The Bolognese is a thick sauce with a strong meaty flavor!
It is made from venison, so it is thick, but it has a delicious aftertaste that does not leave a bad aftertaste!
Truffle-flavored tajarin with scallion butter cream sauce
And Mashika's signature pasta!
Tayarin!
Pasta is fresh pasta kneaded with egg
This bright orange color!
The cream sauce that is generously mixed with this pasta is
Asari Butter!
The umami of the scallion and the butter are exquisite!
The truffle flavor is added to it!
If it were summer, there would be lots of summer truffles!
There are no summer truffles this time of year, right?
It's been a long time since I've had tayarin, but it was so good!
GENTIL "HUGEL
Wine from Alsace region!
It has a little bit of a habit, but the aftertaste is very refreshing, so it's easy to drink!
We drank a lot of wine that day!
Chef Yokoyama is busy seeing off all the customers who are leaving!
Chef Yokoyama is from Ponte Vecchio!
That's why the food here is superb!
And since it is reasonably priced, it's no wonder it's so popular!
Chef Yokoyama also holds cooking classes twice a month, and I have attended a few of them!
It was a lot of fun, and I looked forward to attending the cooking classes!
That's no longer the case!
The next stage for Chef Yokoyama is to open "Blue Light Yokoyama" in Wakasa Wada, Fukui!
I love the name!
He is planning to open a nice restaurant near the sea!
I will miss his cooking, but I will make a trip to Fukui again someday!
Mashika has also invited a new chef from the famous restaurant "Chenchi" in Kyoto.
Let's visit the new Mashika when the summer truffles are available!
