Unaju, Tempura, Sashimi
Using pure black koji made from Tsunaki spring water, it is rich in aroma. Handcrafted and aged in barrels, it has a gentle taste and deep umami.
Using locally harvested sweet potatoes (Kogane Senkan), please enjoy the mellow aroma and the delicious flavor of the potatoes, made with black koji and in a clay pot.
