The pizza baked in a wood-fired oven is fragrant and brings happiness from the very first bite. The crust is crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, with a gentle aroma of wheat. The 'Mais' with corn, mozzarella, and cream has a gentle flavor reminiscent of corn soup. It seems to please kids as well, making it fun to share among everyone. There are also pizzas topped with shirasu (whitebait) and cherry tomatoes, with the aroma of herbs and garlic whetting the appetite. From zeppole and Neapolitan croquettes to the finishing tiramisu, everything was highly satisfying, resulting in a delightful meal.
