Upon entering the restaurant, a calm, traditional atmosphere spreads out, making me feel at ease. The thin soba noodles are smooth and have a good texture, and the portion is more generous than I expected, which is delightful. The curry nan-soba, with its fragrant curry aroma, is well-spiced, and the combination of the soba and the broth is outstanding. The toppings of snow peas and a soft-boiled egg add a nice accent, allowing me to enjoy it without getting bored until the end. After finishing the soba, I appreciate being able to savor the remaining curry with a small serving of rice that comes with it. Thanks to the warm hospitality of the couple, I was able to enjoy a relaxing and delicious soba experience.
