This restaurant's specialty dish without meat! This instead of rice ♪

When it comes to yakiniku, this 'kalbi' is a must-have! The master's carefully selected meat is locally sourced! It seems that if the satisfaction cannot be met at the time of procurement, at least Yamagata-produced (Yonezawa beef) and Iwate-produced (Maesawa beef) from Tohoku are limited. It is recommended to eat beef dishes, including kalbi, with salt and pepper instead of sauce!
