It is a compact shop where you can see inside through the glass, and upon entering, a calm space with only a counter and tables unfolds. The water is self-service, and the sight of the owner efficiently cooking alone is impressive. When I ordered the brown rice vegetarian meal, the colorful vegetables were carefully prepared, resulting in a gentle appearance and taste. The hot tonjiru (pork miso soup) had a soy milk base and an excellent balance of vegetables and meat. The side dishes, including the okara-style salad, kinpira, and pickles, were also full of flavor, making it hard to put down my chopsticks. Although there are few seats, the sense of satisfaction is great, and after the meal, it warms my heart.
