The yakisoba was fragrant and very satisfying. I learned from a sign in the restaurant that they use noodles from a noodle factory, which shows their commitment to quality. The okonomiyaki is packed with cabbage and has a light, fluffy texture when cooked. It features the classic style with pork on top, which brings out a great aroma and flavor. The negiyaki with mochi is also enjoyable, and the chewy texture is irresistible. The shrimp garlic and squid dishes have a wonderful buttery aroma, and I appreciate that the vegetables and meat are domestically sourced.
