The beef cutlet made from carefully prepared beef fillet by the owner is astonishingly tender and melts in your mouth. Additionally, the fresh fried shrimp is also highly recommended, so be sure to give it a try.

Upon entering the restaurant, you find a simple space centered around tables that feels calming. The lunch beef cutlet has a crispy thin batter, and the inside is slightly rare and melts in your mouth. When paired with the demi-glace sauce, a rich flavor spreads, making it hard to stop eating the rice. The added shrimp tempura is large and plump, and it pairs perfectly with the tartar sauce. The soup, which highlights the sweetness of the onions, has a gentle flavor that is comforting. The self-service water and post-meal coffee make it casual, and it's easy to understand why there is a line of people waiting.
