Thorough maintenance of the server: PERFECT BEER® ensures daily water flushing, sponge cleaning, and disassembly cleaning of the server, preventing any beer from remaining in the server's hoses and avoiding quality degradation due to residue buildup. Freshness management of the keg: PERFECT BEER® only uses kegs of beer that have been opened within three days. Thorough cleaning of glasses: Some restaurants use the same sponges for glasses as for other dishes or wash them in dishwashers, which can leave oil residues on the glasses, resulting in rough beer foam. PERFECT BEER® employs dedicated sponges and sinks for glasses to ensure thorough cleaning. Management of gas pressure: If the gas pressure is too high, it results in a sharp mouthfeel, while if it is too low, the beer becomes flat. Since the appropriate gas pressure varies with the temperature of the keg, we meticulously assess and manage it.
