It was a well-regarded restaurant in Shibukawa, and the warm service was pleasant. I was guided to a table. When I ordered the ginger pork loin set meal, the rice, miso soup, and pickles arrived first. The red miso soup had a nice aroma, and the rice was very delicious. The thick pork loin was sweet with fat, and the umami of the lean meat was substantial, with just the right amount of ginger flavor. There was plenty of cabbage, and there were two types of dressing, and in the second half, I also tried the sauce, which made for a fun tasting experience.
