Quietly operating in the mountains, the interior has tatami rooms that create a calming atmosphere. The owner gathers mushrooms, wild vegetables, and river fish from the mountains, and the landlady carefully prepares them. There are many types of mushrooms, and it's enjoyable to taste them while listening to explanations. The grilled iwana (char) was fluffy and fragrant, perfectly coated with a sweet and savory sauce. There were many small dishes lined up, and I was excited to encounter the unusual flavors of wild vegetables and mushrooms. There are also Matagi dishes, and I heard that you can enjoy bear hot pot with a reservation, allowing me to fully experience the blessings of the mountains.
