Nigiri no Tokuhei Aeon Mall Ibaraki

Starting from October 1st, we will hold the 'Umainyaza Fukui Festival' for a limited time. To let you know the charm of Fukui Prefecture, where we were founded, we have prepared products that you will want to recommend, called 'Umainyaza' (which means 'delicious' in Fukui dialect)! We will offer 'Fukui Sweet Shrimp', characterized by its sweetness and rich flavor, as well as the rare 'Gasa Shrimp (Echizen Shrimp)', which has a low distribution outside of Hokuriku, along with traditional favorites from Fukui Prefecture such as 'Grilled Saba no Heshiko' and 'Shio Uni'. We also have 'Fukui Local Sake' that pairs well with these dishes. Please take this opportunity to enjoy them.

Starting from September 1, a recommended autumn menu featuring 23 items will be available. The highlight of this season is the 'Fresh Salmon' from Tasmania, which has never been frozen. Delivered to the store in its 'fresh' state under strict temperature control, this special salmon is characterized by its rich umami and melt-in-your-mouth sweetness of fat. It pairs exceptionally well with rice, allowing you to fully enjoy the natural deliciousness of the ingredients. Additionally, we have autumn classics such as 'Bonito Tataki with Nuta Sauce,' where fresh bonito is expertly grilled to lock in its flavor, showcasing the unique tastes of autumn. There are also side dishes incorporating autumn flavors, such as Chawanmushi with Maitake mushrooms and salmon, rolled omelet, and tempura. Please enjoy this limited-time menu that can only be experienced at Nigiri no Tokubei.

As a limited edition dessert to brighten up your post-meal moments, we will offer a total of four items: 'Chestnut Catalana Style', 'Shimanto Chestnut Ice Cream', 'Sweet Potato Cheesecake', and 'Shine Muscat'. Among them, the recommended item is 'Chestnut Catalana Style'. This autumn limited dessert features a chestnut-flavored base with a melt-in-your-mouth texture, combined with diced Tianjin sweet chestnuts. The roasted flavor of hojicha adds a hidden touch, while the slight bitterness and saltiness of the caramel enhance the gentle sweetness of the chestnut. Additionally, we have prepared a lineup incorporating seasonal flavors, including 'Shimanto Chestnut Ice Cream' made with chestnuts from the Shimanto River basin in Kochi Prefecture, 'Sweet Potato Cheesecake' that offers the rich sweetness of Kagoshima Prefecture's Beniharuka and the creaminess of cream cheese, and the refreshing taste of 'Shine Muscat'. Please enjoy these limited-time sweets filled with seasonal flavors that you will crave in autumn at your nearest Nigiri no Tokubei.
