Nigiri no Tokubei AEON MALL Ibaraki

Starting July 7, our summer recommended menu features a total of 23 items! This time's highlight is the 'Seasonal Horse Mackerel.' 'Seasonal Horse Mackerel' refers to horse mackerel weighing over 100 grams each, caught in the Tsushima Strait and around the Goto Islands from April to August. The horse mackerel raised in the nutrient-rich waters of this region is delicious, with a richness that rivals high-end fish. Additionally, we use female eel from Mikawa Isshiki, known as 'Enman.' We have prepared 'Thick Grilled Eel' which boasts a size about 1.5 times larger than usual, and 'Grilled Nodoguro from Nagasaki Prefecture,' a high-end fish also referred to as white fatty fish. Furthermore, we have introduced new 'Chilled Menu' items that can be enjoyed refreshingly even in the hot summer! Don't miss out on summer-exclusive side dishes like 'Chilled Soba with Clams' and 'Chilled Chawanmushi with Yamagata Dashi' that have a refreshing texture!

Starting from June 17 (Wednesday), we will begin selling the 'Unagi Rice Bowl from Sushi Restaurant' exclusively for eat-in, in preparation for 'Doyo no Ushi no Hi'. This year, we have carefully selected female eel from Mikawa Isshiki, known as 'Enman'. We will provide an eel menu that maximizes richness and tenderness. Let's enjoy the stamina-packed eel during this time of intense summer heat and power through the Japanese summer!
