Dry and refreshing. The dryness is characterized by a crisp and light drinking experience. Its refreshing and easy-to-drink nature makes it a popular sake that pairs well with food.
Since it has not undergone any heating process, the refreshing aroma and freshness inherent in the sake are preserved.
