Exquisite soba enjoyed while gazing at a waterfall

Suiseki is a hidden soba restaurant located near the Fukiwari Falls, where you can enjoy your meal while feeling the pleasant sounds of nature and the breeze. The magnificent view of the waterfall from the spacious tatami seating is worth the visit. The 100% buckwheat soba and soba dipping sauce are both rich in flavor and highly praised for their deliciousness. It's a special space where you can forget the hustle and bustle of the city and spend a relaxing time.

In a quiet room, you can relax in an atmosphere surrounded by the forest. It has the charm of an old folk house, is carefully cleaned, and feels calming. I am happy to be greeted warmly when I call out at the entrance. The waterfall viewed from the second floor and the backyard is very beautiful, making you forget the time. The 100% buckwheat soba has a pleasant texture, and the flavor spreads smoothly, with plenty of dipping sauce that satisfies. The fragrant long green onions in the duck soba and the kuzukiri served with black syrup also left a lasting impression.
