The atmosphere is calm, with a sense of cleanliness, featuring a counter and a raised seating area. The display case is organized, and the moment you see it, your expectations rise. The sushi rice is fluffy and falls apart easily, allowing the flavors of the toppings to come through clearly. The scallops and shrimp are rich and delicious, and the crunchy texture of the red clam is enjoyable. The chawanmushi has a gentle egg flavor that is comforting. The miso soup, with its aroma of shrimp, and the flavor of burdock in the thick rolls also left a lasting impression.
