Omakase course using carefully selected ingredients sent directly from the producers. It is our policy not to serve the same menu as much as possible to repeat customers. Seafood is fresh fish directly from the Obama fishing port in Wakasa, Fukui, and cooked over a charcoal fire. We use a lot of carefully selected ingredients such as Kagoshima rare pork saddleback.
