Omakase course using carefully selected ingredients sent directly from the producers. It is our policy not to serve the same menu as much as possible to repeat customers. Seafood is fresh fish directly from the Obama fishing port in Wakasa, Fukui, and cooked over a charcoal fire. We use a lot of carefully selected ingredients such as Kagoshima rare pork saddleback. Please enjoy the experience as the chef carefully prepares the dish in front of your eyes.
The menu items may change depending on the availability of ingredients.
The fish is delivered directly from Obama Port in Fukui Prefecture. On this day, we prepared tuna tartare marinated in red wine vinegar, served with beet paste. It has a refreshing acidity and gentle saltiness. The menu may change depending on the availability of ingredients.
Due to constant changes, there is no wine list. We will make suggestions based on the season, dishes, price range, and your preferences.
We offer drinks that complement your meals, focusing on organic options. This selection also changes daily.
