30 Italian dishes to impress you! This is not a regular menu. This is Lunetta's regulars' idea. The 30-course Italian dinner party was held at the idea of one of Lunetta's regulars! It was so much fun! It was a great party! All of the dishes were prepared in a very authentic way, and no corners were cut! I mean, 30 man-hours for 30 dishes for one bite of this...yikes! The chef is all about having fun! He was so skillful in preparing the dishes! Even though there were 30 dishes, it took less than 2 hours. I love to eat, so when I came, I ate. I would love to come here for dinner during regular business hours as well. I am looking forward to going to this new restaurant along the Ginza Line, which is easy to get to and enjoy. I personally loved the appetizers like the chicken liver, hamo, and fresh sea urchin! The chef was a bit of a jerk, but I hope he'll try it again.

Roasted pork Is it a shoulder roast? Beautiful pink color, as if it had been low-temperature roasted slowly in the residual heat. The pork had quite a sweet taste of fat. I want to eat twice the volume.
