Unaju is made with domestically sourced eel, mainly from Kagoshima. The eel is prepared daily at the restaurant, sliced upon order, and then grilled for about 25 minutes. Please enjoy the tender and juicy eel. We recommend placing takeout orders by phone. The dish can be served with red miso soup instead of the standard clear soup. Regular size: 2,700 yen, Large size: 3,300 yen.
