This is an exquisite course that will make even the most discerning diners swoon, featuring rare cuts of beef. This is our signature course that allows you to taste both "Yaki-suki (grilled black wagyu sirloin)" and "Roins loin (raw cut roast)".

A supreme dish where the rich sweetness of high-quality fat and thick egg yolk melt in your mouth. First, enjoy the original flavor of the meat with white shredded green onions, then mix in the egg yolk and savor it.
The exquisite balance of homemade yukke sauce and rich egg yolk is irresistible, a classic yukke. It can also be enjoyed deliciously when mixed with a special apple sauce.
Rumboso is the highest quality lean cut located closest to the fillet of the beef's rear. It has a rich meat flavor while maintaining a very refined aftertaste. By cutting it into steak, the naturally juicy meat juices are firmly locked in. Please ask the staff for the recommended cooking method.
