In a calm space, the counter and tables are comfortably arranged, making it a pleasant place to be. The fragrant soba and the light, crispy tempura pair exceptionally well, allowing for a delicious experience until the end. There is a wide variety of drinks, including sake and wine, which can be enjoyed in combination with the dishes. The appetizers, such as the soft-boiled egg soaked in soba broth, the rolled omelet, and the sweet shrimp marinated in koji, all left a lasting impression. I particularly enjoyed the tempura soba that came from the bright kitchen in front of the counter, as well as the dish that spread the rich flavor of duck. The staff's attentive and friendly service was also pleasant, and their dedication to the tableware was evident, allowing for a relaxed time.
