Babae at Hotel Vera

Babae Ballarat offers an intimate degustation-style experience in an informal yet elegant setting, with an open kitchen that brings guests close to the cooking. Seasonal produce, including garden-fresh vegetables, is crafted into visually striking, carefully balanced dishes, with items like a delicate pea soufflé often noted. Attentive, unobtrusive service and a thoughtfully restored former family home create a refined, welcoming atmosphere.
