The interior is clean and the spacious counter is comfortable. It's easy to enter even alone, and it's great that you can order skewers one at a time. The grilled chicken is all fragrant, and the rare grilled liver, in particular, is creamy and delightful. The sauce is light and not overwhelming, and I appreciate that they ask for my preferred level of doneness. They offer a wide range of dishes, from sashimi and seafood to fried items, and the fried skate and offal left a strong impression. The mackerel sushi and the neck meat go perfectly with plenty of wasabi, and the meatballs are incredibly delicious when mixed with egg yolk.
