The interior has a clean design with ample space, and I was able to relax as soon as I took my seat. The selection of meat and fish dishes is abundant, and I felt excited while looking over the menu. The fluffy yam mousse and herb-scented salad that came out as a starter were light and refreshing. The main dish, pan-seared salmon, had a crispy surface and was moist inside, with the richness of the butter beautifully blended into the sauce, creating a delightful flavor. I was pleased to be able to have a second helping of the warmed bread, which allowed me to enjoy the remaining sauce completely. The finishing touches of the apple cake and cassis sorbet were also meticulously prepared, and the satisfaction lasted until the very last bite.
