Finely sliced water chestnuts encased in the lightest of batter and fried till golden brown. Not as sweet as the Vanilla Crème Delight, but equally delicious!
A soft, sweet bun mixture wrapped around a delightful custard filling which includes sweet yellow bean paste, coconut and milk, shaped like a hedgehog and deep fried till crisp and golden on the outside and soft and yummy on the inside. Perfect for children and big kids too!
