The head chef utilizes his experience from Japanese cuisine and sushi restaurants to offer a daily menu featuring seasonal fish and domestic black wagyu beef sourced directly from producers. In particular, the grilled dish featuring eel from Kumamoto Prefecture is exquisite. You can enjoy sophisticated seasonal dishes alongside a wide selection of international beers and wines.

The omelet on the board is topped with sweet simmered beef, and when paired with grated ponzu, it is very refreshing. It has a lighter texture than I imagined, and I can eat it without getting tired of it until the end. The tuna is fresh, and the aroma of wasabi enhances its flavor. The smoked cheese, sausage, and bacon are also authentic, with a pleasant aroma that is satisfying. You can enjoy seasonal conger eel grilled, and the tempura eaten with salt is fluffy and impressive. The simmered beef tendon with a rich dashi flavor is comforting, allowing for a leisurely and enjoyable time.
