The meat for Genghis Khan is a beautiful color, tender, and has a strong umami flavor. It comes with plenty of vegetables, providing a sense of satisfaction. While waiting for it to cook, the warm egg avocado salad, spicy stir-fried cabbage, and crispy fried gizzards are exciting. The napa cabbage dumplings have a chewy skin, and the gentle sweetness of the cabbage spreads out, which I really like. The final seafood fried rice is also fragrant, making it hard to resist ordering. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is warm, and the staff's response is pleasant, allowing for a comfortable dining experience.
