The yellowtail rice bowl has thick slices that are rich in fat but not overwhelming, making it enjoyable to eat until the end. The bonito rice bowl has a deep color and a strong umami flavor, and the shine of the skin is beautiful. The tempura of the sweetfish has a fluffy white flesh with a crispy batter, perfectly complementing the dipping sauce. Tempura of green peppers and eggplants is also served, and the aroma of the freshly fried dishes is appetizing.
