The lake spreads out from the window, creating a very calming atmosphere. Here, you can enjoy soba and udon, and a bowl filled with plenty of yuba warms your body. The aroma of the dashi is wonderful, soaking into the yuba and creating a gentle deliciousness. There is also a set meal with tonkatsu, and the pork loin from the Sangen breed has great meat quality and is satisfying. The rice is piping hot, and the clear soup and side dishes are each flavorful, with the yuba rolls and mountain vegetables being refreshing. The staff treats you with care, allowing for a pleasant experience.
