This is a restaurant where you can enjoy grilling pork offal yourself. All the cuts are fresh, and the balance of seasoning is good, making you want to keep eating. When you order the mixed offal, it is grilled together with onions, and you can change the flavor with sauces, miso, or spicy sauce, which is exciting. Additionally, the secret menu item with beef is surprisingly delicious, providing a high level of satisfaction. The aroma of shiso and green onions is pleasant, and you can't help but reach for it as is. The interior has both tables and a counter, making it easy to enter even alone, and the staff are lively and subtly assist with grilling.
