In a store interior where the textures of stone and wood come together comfortably, the sounds and movements of cooking can be felt from the counter seats, creating a sense of excitement. The menu, which simply lists the names of the ingredients, is written in a clean manner, allowing one to enjoy imagining the dishes that will be served. The cuisine subtly layers the umami of dashi over Italian influences, resulting in a mellow flavor. The Bolognese is rich in aroma, and its taste expands with each bite. The Basque cheesecake, which highlights the onions, offers a pleasant taste that lingers even after eating. The staff's attentiveness is thorough, and I was able to fully enjoy the hot pie along with chocolate that includes ice cream and coffee sorbet.
