We work with ingredients with sincerity, valuing the balance of five tastes, temperature, aroma, and texture. We use seasonal vegetables, fresh fish, foie gras, truffles, and other ingredients. For the main dish, we proudly serve Gunma's Kamishu beef and brand-name pork. In winter, we also serve stewed dishes.
