<Local Sake from Yokkaichi> Brewed using the abundant and high-quality spring water from 'Chiseki Yosui', one of the selected hundred famous waters, which naturally springs in the brewery's garden. It is crafted with great care and effort. This sake has a low acidity and a light, refreshing taste. It is a type of junmai sake that you won't get tired of drinking.

<Local Sake of Kuwana> This special junmai is brewed with Yamada Nishiki and Kaminoho rice from Mie Prefecture, using Mie Prefecture yeast. It features a calm berry-like aroma and a rich yet gentle taste.

<Local Sake of Suzuka> A gentle yet complex aroma with a robust flavor reminiscent of fruit, achieving a perfect balance. Please enjoy it slightly chilled.

The aroma is refreshing but subtle. It evokes a sense of comfort and tranquility. Taking a sip, it initially seems to have a gentle and clean flavor, but the presence of umami is distinctly noticeable, creating a rather complex interplay with the acidity. Finally, it finishes cleanly with acidity.
