It is located in a slightly elevated area near the IC, and the view from the garden is very pleasant. Inside the restaurant, there are tatami seating and chair seating, allowing for a relaxed experience. While waiting, you can hear the sound of noodles being cut, which is exciting. The soba has a subtle aroma, a light texture, and a pleasant elasticity that becomes more enjoyable as you chew. The dipping sauce is light and not heavy, making it easy to enjoy. The tempura has a light batter and is crispy, with two shrimp included, which is satisfying, and it's also nice to be served apple and tea at the end.
