In a cozy little shop, you can relax right away. There is just the right amount of liveliness, and the atmosphere is gentle. The Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki has a nice crunch from the cabbage, the batter is fragrant, and the noodles have a pleasant elasticity. The specialty mixed grill has a thinner batter, combined with potatoes, pork fat, chikuwa (fish cake), and konnyaku (konjac), allowing you to enjoy a different taste with every bite. It seems that if you ask, they can also accommodate you with yakisoba that includes pork fat, and I was happy to find that the fried rice also contains pork fat. The drinks are delicious in chilled glasses, and the shop is comfortable, allowing for a relaxed time.
