This is a calm shop located on a corner, and as soon as you enter after looking at the menu outside, you are served tea and a hot towel. Inside the shop, there are counters and tables, creating a relaxed atmosphere that is comfortable. The set meal comes with rice, miso soup, and side dishes, all carefully arranged, and I felt excited the moment the tray was brought to me. The main dish, ginger pork, has larger pieces of meat with a gentle seasoning, and it pairs perfectly with the shredded cabbage. The freshly sliced sashimi is also fresh, and I enjoyed the substantial thickness of the tuna, salmon, and squid. With the warm hospitality of the owner and the deliciousness of the food, both my stomach and heart were satisfied.
