A new top-tier seafood ramen shop

Ramenya RYOMA Kagurazaka is a new ramen shop known for its seafood-based broth. The delicate yet richly flavored soup pairs perfectly with the chewy thin noodles. A variety of toppings enhance the deliciousness, with the standout being several types of exquisite chashu. Popular among women, it's open late into the night, making it an ideal spot for a post-drinks meal.

3.5

The soup has a rich flavor from the seafood and soy sauce, being light yet full-bodied. The thin straight noodles have a supple firmness that pairs perfectly with the soup. It is topped with roast pork, pork and chicken chashu, and even wontons, making it very hearty. The subtle yuzu pepper aroma from the chicken chashu is delightful, and the crisp texture of the menma (bamboo shoots) is also nice. The creamy yolk of the soft-boiled egg adds an accent, making it delicious. The clean kitchen was also impressive, along with the jazz music playing in the background.
