The atmosphere in the restaurant is quiet and relaxing, allowing for a casual experience. The potage that comes out first is very smooth, and you can really taste the richness of the vegetables. The salad is cool and fresh, with a pleasant texture. This place excels in classic Western cuisine, and you can feel their confidence in dishes like sautéed items and omelets. The chestnut chantilly we had after the meal was elegantly presented, and when broken, the flavor of chestnut spreads throughout. The cream is light and has a good mouthfeel, allowing us to genuinely enjoy the deliciousness of the chestnut.
