Today's Vegetable Set
A set using about 30 seasonal vegetables, featuring a selection of vegetables to enjoy the five flavors of vegetables (blanched vegetables) and a dish of natural yam cooked in a bag from December to March, along with grilled vegetables, wheat gluten, koya tofu, konjac, and four types of simmered dishes, including the local dish shimotsukare. The meal also includes rice cooked with ancient rice, natural yam tororo, dried gourd soup, and an aperitif of plum juice. Of course, the fresh vegetables come from the neighboring field, including spinach, arugula, and salad cabbage, allowing you to fully enjoy the deliciousness of the vegetables. For dessert, there are kiwis from the neighboring farmer and coffee.

Since everything except the ancient rice is vegetables, I feel refreshed even after eating just this. I was very satisfied, but I would have liked a piece of meat or fish, so I give it a 0.1 deduction.
I visited for the first time. The inside of the shop was lovely, and I enjoyed a delicious lunch. Although it was my first time, you taught me about the types of vegetables and it was very tasty. I would like to come again.
The natural yam was very delicious, and I thought they used a lot of vegetables and ingredients that are good for the body. It's a place I want to visit again.
Since we stopped by after strawberry picking, the vegetable-centered menu was just right for our stomachs, and the dishes that brought out the sweetness and umami of the vegetables were very delicious. The use of an old house created a calm atmosphere, which was nice. If I had to be picky, I thought it might be better if a little more effort was put into the exterior.
Anyway, there are many kinds of vegetables, and they are gentle to the body!

I visited twice. I called three times after that, but they were closed... 😢It's a pity that they are closed too many times!
I went there for lunch. The food was delicious, as was the self-serve herbal water set on the table before the meal, and the after-meal coffee and dessert. There were many customers when the restaurant opened, so it might be better to make a reservation. I would like to try other menus as this was my first time.

My friend and I went there together. Surrounded by greenery, sheep and goats grazed on the premises. We ordered a lunch plate. The plate was full of vegetables, and we were satisfied with both the appearance and the taste.
I would like to visit this restaurant again and again.
This is my second time. I brought a different friend with me. The look, taste, and atmosphere of the restaurant will definitely make you want to tell your friends about it!
