As I pass through the narrow corridor, a spacious area appears, and I feel excited. It's great that I can relax not only at standing tables but also at regular tables and counters. The selection of fish ranges from the classics to local catches like Tai from Tarumi and Buri from Nagashima, as well as the rare Okinawa Bora, so I never get bored. In particular, the deep-sea caught Takaebi and Aburi Engawa stand out for their savory aroma and sweetness, bringing a smile to my face. I can choose between the sweet soy sauce from Kagoshima and the sharp soy sauce from Chiba, allowing me to enjoy a variety of flavors. The staff are friendly and provide explanations about the fish, making the delicious sushi even more enjoyable.
