It is located in the suburbs and has a relaxed and calm atmosphere. There is a counter and a raised seating area, and the warm service makes it feel like a family-run establishment. All the ingredients are fresh, and I am impressed by the careful preparation of the light seafood and sweet shrimp. The rice is gently molded, making it easy to eat and pleasant in texture. For lunch, you can choose between sushi or chirashi, and it comes with salad, miso soup, chawanmushi, and a mini dessert, which is delightful. The sashimi and side dishes are also plentiful, allowing you to slowly enjoy the flavors of the season.
