This is a restaurant selected for the Michelin Bib Gourmand, and I love the unpretentious atmosphere. It's a bit of a walk from the station, but the interior is warm and calming. The omakase features a well-balanced selection of appetizers and nigiri. The bite-sized rice is easy to eat, and it looks beautiful as well. The shirako left a strong impression, and the sashimi was incredibly delicious. The reservation process was smooth, and I was able to enjoy a comfortable time.

This is a hidden gem located in a residential area. The interior has a Japanese atmosphere with modern elements, making it very comfortable. The sushi is bite-sized and carefully prepared, with the tuna being tender and full of flavor. The sashimi and grilled dishes are also of high quality, and you can be satisfied with any of them. The seasonal new fish is fresh and leaves a lasting impression. The takeout chirashi and sushi are made with good ingredients, and you feel happy the moment you open them.
