Shoji

Shoji is an intimate 12-seat omakase counter offering refined sushi, sashimi, and thoughtfully prepared cooked dishes, complemented by a focused sake selection. The chef, trained for years in Japan, emphasizes meticulous sourcing, often highlighting seasonal fish and ingredients. A calm, softly lit setting, curated music, and attentive pacing create a personalized, conversational dining experience.
